General Terms of Use

Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of CPN's copyright and other proprietary rights. Services may not be copied, reproduced, republished or reused in any way to provide identical or near identical work on any domain without the prior written permission of CPN, or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, you will be in breach of contract.

If you download software from CPN, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by CPN. CPN does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but CPN retains full and complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.

Designer Tools: All Designer Tools are and shall remain the exclusive property of Designer. Designer Tools means all design tools developed and/or used by Designer in performing the Services, including pre-existing and newly developed software including source code, Web authoring tools, type fonts, and application tools, together with any other software, or other inventions whether or not patentable, and general non-copyrightable concepts such as website design, architecture, layout, navigational and functional elements.

All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information disclosed or offered to CPN through use of this site or in response to solicitations in this site or other CPN sites (collectively, the "Responses") shall become the property of CPN. CPN does not have any obligation of confidence and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Responses. Unless otherwise stated, CPN and its licensees are entitled to unrestricted use of the Responses for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you.

This site is controlled and operated by CPN from its offices within the State of North Dakota, United States of America. Anyone who accesses this site from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Software from this site is further subject to United States export controls.
